「AIの財布番」(以下「本サービス」)が、どんな情報を預かり、どう使うかを説明します。
1. 預かる情報
- 合言葉: そのまま保存せず、元に戻せない形(ハッシュ値)と、確認用の先頭の数文字だけを保存します。合言葉そのものは、利用者の端末のブラウザ内にだけ保存されます。
- AIとルール: AIにつけた名前、予算、自動で許可する金額、許可するお店の一覧。
- AIをつなぐURLの鍵: 元に戻せない形(ハッシュ値)で保存します。
- 支払いの申請: AIが送ってきたお店の名前、金額、理由、判断の結果、日時。
- 通知の宛先: スマホ通知を受け取るためにブラウザが発行する宛先情報。ntfyを使う場合はそのトピック名。
- 言語の設定: 日本語と英語のどちらで使っているか(通知の言語を合わせるため)。
- 預けたAPIキー(この機能を使う場合のみ): 暗号化した保管庫に保存し、画面には末尾の数文字だけを表示します。
- AIの利用量(APIキーを預けた場合のみ): AIの提供元が返す使用量と、そこから計算した金額。会話や指示の中身は保存しません。
氏名、メールアドレス、住所、電話番号、カード番号、口座番号は受け取りません。
2. 使う目的
- AIの申請を判断し、承認待ちを利用者に知らせるため
- 利用者の画面に、予算の残りや履歴を表示するため
- 不正な利用を防ぎ、本サービスを安全に動かすため
広告のために使ったり、第三者に売ったりすることはありません。
3. 外部のサービス
本サービスは、次のサービスを使って動いています。必要な範囲で情報がこれらのサービスを通ります。
- Supabase(データの保存と処理。保存場所は東京リージョン)
- GitHub Pages(このサイトの配信)
- スマホ通知の配信元(Apple、Google、Mozillaなど、利用者のブラウザによって決まります)
- ntfy.sh(ntfyでの通知を設定した場合のみ)
- Anthropic、OpenAI、Google、OpenRouter(APIキーを預けた場合に、AIへのリクエストを中継する先)
- Google Fonts(画面の文字の表示)
4. 保存する期間
アカウントを使っている間は保存します。削除したAIは表示されなくなりますが、記録は残ることがあります。データの削除を希望する場合は、下のお問い合わせ先からご連絡ください。
5. 安全管理
通信は暗号化しています。鍵や合言葉は元に戻せない形で保存し、APIキーは暗号化して保管します。データベースには、本サービスのサーバー以外から直接アクセスできないようにしています。
6. このポリシーの変更
このポリシーは変更することがあります。変更後の内容はこのページに載せた時点で効力を持ちます。

Privacy Policy

This explains what information Saifuban (the "Service") keeps and how it is used. The Japanese version is the official version; this English translation is provided for convenience.
1. Information we keep
- Passphrase: not stored as-is. We keep only a one-way hash and the first few characters for reference. The passphrase itself is stored only in the browser on your device.
- AIs and rules: the names you give your AIs, budgets, auto-approve amounts, and allowed merchants.
- Connection URL keys: stored as one-way hashes.
- Payment requests: the merchant name, amount and reason your AI sends, the decision, and timestamps.
- Notification details: the delivery address your browser issues for push notifications, and your ntfy topic name if you use ntfy.
- Language setting: whether you use the Service in Japanese or English, so notifications match.
- Stored API keys (only if you use this feature): kept in an encrypted vault; only the last few characters are shown on screen.
- AI usage (only if you store an API key): the usage reported by the AI provider and the cost calculated from it. The content of conversations and prompts is not stored.
We do not collect names, email addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, card numbers or bank account numbers.
2. How we use it
- To decide on your AI's requests and notify you of pending approvals
- To show your remaining budget and history on your screen
- To prevent misuse and keep the Service running safely
We do not use your information for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.
3. Outside services
The Service runs on the following services, and information passes through them as needed.
- Supabase (data storage and processing; stored in the Tokyo region)
- GitHub Pages (hosting this site)
- Push notification services (Apple, Google, Mozilla and others, depending on your browser)
- ntfy.sh (only if you set up ntfy notifications)
- Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter (the destinations your AI requests are relayed to, only if you store an API key)
- Google Fonts (displaying text on screen)
4. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is in use. Deleted AIs are hidden but their records may remain. To ask for your data to be deleted, contact us at the address below.
5. Security
Connections are encrypted. Keys and passphrases are stored as one-way hashes, and API keys are stored encrypted. The database cannot be accessed directly except by the Service's own servers.
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may change. Updates take effect when they are posted on this page.
