利用規約

この規約は、「AIの財布番」(以下「本サービス」)を使うときのルールです。本サービスを使いはじめた時点で、この規約に同意したものとします。
1. 本サービスがすること
本サービスは、AIエージェントがお金を使う前に、利用者が決めたルール(1日の予算、自動で許可する金額など)にしたがって「使ってよいか」を判断し、必要なときは利用者のスマホに承認を求める仕組みです。
本サービスはお金を動かしません。支払い・送金・決済を行うことはなく、カード情報や口座情報も受け取りません。実際の支払いは、AIエージェントやそれぞれのお店・サービスの側で行われます。
2. 利用者の責任
- 「合言葉」(アカウントの鍵)と、AIをつなぐURLは利用者自身で管理してください。これらを知った人は、利用者のアカウントやAIとして操作できてしまいます。漏れたと思ったら、すぐに作り直してください。
- AIエージェントが本サービスに問い合わせずに支払った場合や、本サービスの判断を無視して支払った場合、本サービスはそれを止められません。AIが必ず本サービスを通るように設定するのは利用者の責任です。
- APIキーを預ける機能を使う場合、そのキーを預ける権限があることを利用者が保証するものとします。
3. 禁止事項
- 法律に違反する目的での利用
- 他人の合言葉・URL・APIキーを無断で使うこと
- 本サービスに過度な負荷をかけること、不正にアクセスすること
- 本サービスの運営を妨げること
4. 保証しないこと
本サービスは現在、試験提供中です。いつも正しく動くこと、通知が必ず届くこと、止まらないことは保証しません。通信の遅れ、外部サービス(通知の配信、データベース、AIの提供元など)の障害、設定の誤りなどで、承認が遅れたり、意図しない判断になったりすることがあります。
5. 責任の範囲
本サービスの利用によって利用者に損害が生じても、運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、運営者は責任を負いません。責任を負う場合でも、その範囲は直接かつ通常の損害に限ります。
6. 料金
本サービスは現在無料です。有料にする場合は、事前にサイト上でお知らせします。
7. サービスの変更・停止
運営者は、事前の通知なく本サービスの内容を変えたり、提供を止めたりすることがあります。規約に違反した利用があった場合、そのアカウントを止めることがあります。
8. 規約の変更
この規約は変更することがあります。変更後の規約はこのページに載せた時点で効力を持ちます。
9. 準拠法・管轄
この規約は日本の法律にしたがって解釈されます。本サービスに関して争いが起きた場合は、運営者の住所地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service

These terms are the rules for using Saifuban (the "Service"). By starting to use the Service, you agree to these terms. The Japanese version is the official version; this English translation is provided for convenience.
1. What the Service does
Before an AI agent spends money, the Service decides whether the payment is allowed according to rules you set (such as a daily budget and an amount that is approved automatically), and asks for your approval on your phone when needed.
The Service does not move money. It never makes payments, transfers or charges, and it never receives card or bank account details. Actual payments are made by the AI agent or by the shop or service involved.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep your passphrase (your account key) and the URLs that connect your AIs safe. Anyone who knows them can act as your account or your AI. If you think one has leaked, make a new one right away.
- If an AI agent pays without asking the Service, or ignores the Service's decision, the Service cannot stop it. Making sure your AI always goes through the Service is your responsibility.
- If you use the feature for storing API keys, you confirm that you are allowed to store those keys with the Service.
3. Prohibited use
- Using the Service for illegal purposes
- Using someone else's passphrase, URL or API key without permission
- Putting excessive load on the Service or accessing it without authorization
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
4. No guarantees
The Service is currently in a trial phase. We do not guarantee that it will always work correctly, that notifications will always arrive, or that it will never stop. Network delays, outages of outside services (notification delivery, the database, AI providers and so on), or mistakes in settings may delay approvals or lead to unintended decisions.
5. Limitation of liability
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the operator, the operator is not liable for damages caused by using the Service. Where the operator is liable, liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages.
6. Fees
The Service is currently free. If it becomes paid, we will announce this on the site in advance.
7. Changes and suspension
The operator may change or stop the Service without notice. Accounts used in violation of these terms may be suspended.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Updated terms take effect when they are posted on this page.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute about the Service will be handled exclusively, in the first instance, by the district court with jurisdiction over the operator's address.
